2008-06-24ÄŒenakines, žinoma, pirkau Äenakams gaminti. Bet jose puikiai iÅ¡kepa ir kiti dalykai, kurių anksÄiau net nebÅ«Äiau sugalvojusi kiÅ¡ti į tokius molinukus. Pavyzdžiui, bulvių plokÅ¡tainis, dar vadinamas tarkiu, o pas mus tiesiog “kugeliu” (arba “kÅ«geliu”). Paprasta pagaminti, nereikia bijoti, kad pridegs ir labai skanu.
ReikÄ—s:
Bulvių – geriausia Å¡viežių. Kiek jų reikia, negaliu pasakyti, nes tarkuojam visada “iÅ¡ akies”. Nuo to tiesiog priklauso, iki kokio lygio bus pripildytos ÄenakinÄ—s.

Sutarkuokite bulves. Geriausia imti smulkiÄ… tarkÄ…. Ne tokiÄ…, kuri viskÄ… paverÄia koÅ¡e ir ne tÄ… tradicinÄ™ “burokinÄ™”. Tada plokÅ¡tainis bus purus. Ä® bulvių masÄ™ įberkite druskos ir pipirų, įmuÅ¡kite kiauÅ¡inį. Geriausia viskÄ… berti, maiÅ¡yti ir ragauti iÅ¡kart, nes yra didelÄ— rizika padauginti prieskonių arba jų pagailÄ—ti. Tada smulkiai supjaustykite svogÅ«nÄ… ir iÅ¡maiÅ¡ykite jį plokÅ¡tainio masÄ—je. KoÅ¡Ä™ lygiomis dalimis iÅ¡pilstykite į Äenakines. PaprasÄiausia tai atlikti su samÄiu. Pripilti iki kraÅ¡tų nereikÄ—tų, nes “kugelis” kepdamas iÅ¡sipuÄia ir gali pradÄ—ti “lipti” lauk. Uždenkite dangtelius ir kepkite apie 40 minuÄių vidutinÄ—s temperatÅ«ros orkaitÄ—je. Arba pusvalandį, arba valandÄ…. Kepimo laikas iÅ¡ tikro priklauso nuo Äenakinių dydžio ir bulvių rÅ«Å¡ies. AÅ¡ tiesiog iÅ¡imu vienÄ… “kugelį” ir pabadau jį Å¡akute. Jei neskystas, vadinasi, iÅ¡kepÄ™s. Jei norite plokÅ¡tainio su plutele – likus pusei kepimo laiko nuimkite ÄenakinÄ—s dangtelį.
Kol iÅ¡kepÄ™s plokÅ¡tainis praauÅ¡, galima pagaminti padažiukÄ… iÅ¡ laÅ¡inukų, svogÅ«nų ir grietinÄ—s. Tam smulkiai supjaustykite svogÅ«nÄ…, pakepinkite jį kptuvÄ—je ir suberkite smulkiai pjaustytÄ… Å¡oninÄ™. Kepkite tol, kol Å¡oninÄ—s gabaliukai pavirs spirguÄiais – iÅ¡silydys ir apskrus. Tada įdÄ—kite kelis Å¡aukÅ¡tus grietinÄ—s ir gerai iÅ¡maiÅ¡ykite. Padažo užpilkite ant plokÅ¡tainių. Skanaus!

Pati kepdama kÅ«gelį, paprastai sutarkuoju ne tik bulves, bet ir svogÅ«nÄ…. Ir skardÄ… pakloju Å¡oninÄ—s griežinÄ—liais. Mhm, kepu skardoje. Bet gi vis galvoju (ir taip galvoju jau gal metus) kokius tai panaÅ¡ius indelius įsigyti – man iÅ¡ atminties neina mamos ruoÅ¡iami Äenakai ;)
