2009-10-20Toks Äia ir pyragas, kai suÅ¡lamÅ¡ti vienu prisÄ—dimu. GreiÄiau desertas. O kas geriausia – kai nusiperki visÄ… dėžę persikų arba nektarinų ir jau matai, kad jie vysta, bet tu jų nesuvalgysi, tai pats geriausias bÅ«das juos sunaudot. Receptas bene iÅ¡ Oliverio, bet radau velniai žino kur ir nesu tuo įsitikinusi :)
ReikÄ—s:
maždaug 6 persikų arba nektarinų (kol kas naudojau tik nektarinus)
125 g cukraus
125 g miltų
125 g sviesto
2 kiaušinių
šiek tiek kepimo miltelių
poros saujelių demerara cukraus (būna dabar beveik visur pirkti)
vanilės ankšties, esencijos arba vanilinio cukraus (visada renkuosi esenciją)
Vaisius ketvirÄiuokite. Pirmiausia perpjaukite iÅ¡ilgai aplink kauliukÄ…, tada abi puses pasukite prieÅ¡inga kryptimi ir liks tik iÅ¡krapÅ¡tyt kauliukÄ… iÅ¡ vienos puselÄ—s bei perpjauti puses dar kartÄ…. SudÄ—kite į keptuvÄ™, įpilkite pora Å¡aukÅ¡tų vandens ir sudÄ—kite demerara cukrų. Tada pakepkite, kol vaisiai suminkÅ¡tÄ—s (bet neiÅ¡tiÅ¡), o iÅ¡ cukraus, vandens ir sulÄių gausis pasakiÅ¡ko kvapo sirupas. IÅ¡tepkite riebalais kepimo skardÄ…, Å¡iek tiek pamiltuokite iÅ¡ iÅ¡dÄ—liokite dugne vaisius. Apliekite Å¡iek tiek tuo sirupu. Man vaisiai padengia visÄ… dugnÄ…, bet tai nÄ—ra bÅ«tina.
IÅ¡tirpinkite sviestÄ…, sumaiÅ¡ykite jį su kiauÅ¡iniais ir cukrumi. Tada dÄ—kite miltus, Å¡aukÅ¡ÄiukÄ… kepimo miltelių. DÄ—kite į 180 laipsnių įkaitintÄ… orkaitÄ™ ir kepkite apie 45 minutes. Paprastai iÅ¡kepa laiku, jei ne – sumažinkite temperatÅ«rÄ… iki 160-150 ir pakepkite dar truputÄ—lį. Skanumas neapsakomas :) Ir kažkaip vis suvalgom nespÄ—jÄ™ nufotografuot normaliai… ÄŒia nuvogiau iÅ¡ brangiausiojo porcijÄ…:
