Vištiena su pomidorais
2008-04-09Kur tik įmanoma, naudoju vyÅ¡ninius pomidorus. IÅ¡ vis esu pomidorų maniakÄ— ir galiu suvalgyti jų kokį kilogramÄ… per dienÄ…. YpaÄ jei tie pomidorai maži, saldžiarÅ«gÅ¡Äiai ir labai skaniai kvepia.
Kad mano mÄ—gstamiausių pomidorų galima prikrauti kepant viÅ¡tÄ…, pamaÄiau Jamie Oliver’io knygoje “Gaminame su Oliveriu“. Nuotrauka ten atrodÄ— taip skaniai, kad iÅ¡bandžiau jau kitÄ… dienÄ…. Ir tikrai – skonis toks pat geras, kaip atrodo nuotraukoje. Tiesa, griežtai laikytis receptų aÅ¡ nemoku, tai kai kuriuos prieskonius “užmirÅ¡tu”, o kai kurių pridedu savo nuožiÅ«ra.
ReikÄ—s (4 nedidelÄ—ms porcijoms):
8 viÅ¡tos blauzdelių (galima pirkti Å¡launeles, bet man jų mÄ—sa ne tokia skani arba ketvirÄius, tik jie ilgiau keps)
1 dėžutÄ—s vyÅ¡ninių pomidorų (skaniausi ir pigiausi dažniausiai bÅ«na “IKI” parduotuvÄ—je)
kelių kitokių pomidorų (poros didelių arba tų paÄių vyÅ¡ninių, tik geltonų)
prieskonių vištai
bulvių
1 Äesnako galvos
baziliko lapelių (geriausia šviežių)
alyvuogių aliejaus (galima ir paprasto, bet alyvuogių vis tiek skaniau)
Ä® skardÄ… aukÅ¡tesniais kraÅ¡tais įpilkite kelis Å¡aukÅ¡telius alyvuogių aliejaus. ViÅ¡tos blauzdeles pavoliokite aliejuje ir įtrinkite prieskoniais (aÅ¡ dedu druskos, pipirų, dar Å¡iek tiek aÅ¡tresnių prieskonių). IÅ¡dÄ—liokite jas skardoje. VyÅ¡ninius pomidorus supjaustykite pusiau ir sudÄ—kite tarp viÅ¡tos. Taip pat pasielkite su kitais pomidorais. ÄŒesnako skilteles nulupkite, perpjaukite per pusÄ™ ir pabarstykite ant viÅ¡tos. Ä® tarpus prikaiÅ¡iokite į kelias dalis supjaustytų nuskustų bulvių. AÅ¡ dar jas pabarstau prieskoniais (iÅ¡ žolelių, o ne tų baisių oranžinių miltelių, kuriuose nieko nÄ—ra, tik druska ir spalva). ViskÄ… apibarstykite bazilikų lapeliais. J. Oliver’is jų nepjausto, aÅ¡ pjaustau. Nes tada skaniau kvepia.
Kepkite iki 180 laipsnių įkaitintoje orkaitÄ—je apie 1.5 valandos. IÅ¡ patirties galiu patarti iÅ¡ pradžių (kokioms 45 minutÄ—ms ar valandai) uždengti viÅ¡tÄ… dangÄiu. Jei skarda neturi tinkamos formos dangÄio, galima jÄ… uždengti kepimo folija arba suÅ¡lapintu kepimo popieriumi (jis tada puikiai lankstosi ir gerai apdengia maistÄ…). Tada viÅ¡ta iÅ¡sitroÅ¡kina, o nuÄ—mus dangtį per likusį laikÄ… apskrunda.
Man orkaitėje keptas maistas kitą dieną pašildytas mikrobangų krosnelėje nėra skanus. Todėl geriau dar šiltą indą uždengti folija ir palikti orkaitėje. Kitą dieną maistą su visa folija geriau šildyti orkaitėje. Aišku, užtruks ilgiau, bet, pvz., tokia vištiena tampa tik dar skanesnė.
Va taip atrodo višta prieš kepimą ir po (šįkart labai norėjom valgyti, tai ilgai neskrudinau):
